This is a powerful Women’s History Month celebration, honoring the strength, leadership, and legacy of Black women in Seattle, past, present, and future. The celebration of leadership, resilience, and community happened at Seattle Central College, March 4, 2026, 2:00 PM.
An inspiring afternoon of conversation and recognition with speakers Dean Pat Russell, Dr. Yoshiko Harden, President of Renton Technical College, King County Judge Andrea Jarmon, and Councilwoman Joy Hollingsworth.
